Sound Bath Immersion guided by Pauline Sweeney of Anulove & Flower Bar with Carolina Charm Flower Farm
Join us for a relaxing evening to unwind and recharge for the week. Start off with a grounding sound bath immersion next to the flower fields. We will began with some seated yoga to prepare the body and a guided meditation to lie down to enjoy the quartz crystal sound vibrations. After the sound bath you’ll select fresh stems from the flower bar to take home with you. All flowers provided will be seasonal blooms grown organically on our small farm in Point Harbor.

Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel/blanket to enjoy the class.
